% 14.12.2016 I.A.No.15468/2016 (u/O 22 R 10 CPC) The plaintiff has filed the present application stating therein that their name is now changed from "SAP AG" to "SAP SE". Other necessary documents are also placed along with the application. The application is allowed. The amended Memo of Parties is also filed which is taken on record.

CS(COMM) 198/2016, O.A. 120/2016, I.A. Nos. 1465/2013, 7377/2016 & 8240/2013 Learned counsels for the parties have submitted that the parties have settled their dispute in High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The settlement agreement is placed on record. The present suit stands settled in term of settlement dated 06.12.2016. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

Certificate of refund of court fee in term of Section 16 of Court Fee Act and Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure be issued to the plaintiff.
