O R D E R

% 15.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.82/2017 under Sections s323/452/506/34 IPC registered at the police station Mukherjee Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Karan Singh PS Mukherjee Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that the petitioners were known to him. A quarrel took place between him and the petitioners on some trivial matter, which had led to the registration of the present FIR. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

He further submits that he is not willing to

pursue the FIR any further in view of the settlement. Keeping in mind the volunteer settlement arrived at between respondent no.2 and the petitioners and the fact that respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.82/2017 under Sections 323/452/506/34 IPC registered at the police station Mukherjee Nagar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
