In view of the rival submissions, it will be appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the Enforcement Officer (South), NDMC on 24th November 2025 at 11:00 A.M., for verifying the documents submitted by him, in the matter of him being subjected to the survey. 2.

Counsel for respondent states that if so verified, petitioner shall be surveyed, and the decision shall be communicated within a reasonable time. 3.

With above observations, the petition stands disposed of. 4.
