W.P.(C) 2360/2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this Court after the respondent's decision on petitioner's representations. It is further submitted that the copy of this writ petition be treated as petitioner's representation to be considered by the DDA.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The respondent shall consider the copy of this writ petition as petitioner's representation and shall consider the same in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to t he petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from today. The respondent shall communicate the order to the petitioner within three weeks of taking the decision.
Needless to say that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the
merits of this case.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
