% 25.04.2016 Counsel for the petitioner states that after the filing of the petition, the matter was also taken in appeal before the Division Bench in Co.App. No.02/2014. He states that his client has since received the entire outstandings, as well as the remaining amount of Rs.75,000/- against overdue interest, his client has no further grievance with regard to the subject matter of the petition; and that he does not seek to press the petition any further.

Counsel for the Official Liquidator states that the order directing appointment of the Provisional Liquidator by this Court on 20.12.2013 had been stayed by the Division Bench on 17.01.2014 and no substantial steps were taken by the Official Liquidator in this behalf.
