After some submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner states as the petitioner shall appear in the assessment proceedings, he shall withdraw the petition but the request of the petitioner for being given the certificate under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, be allowed. 4.

respondent has drawn our attention to paragraph 11.2 of the order dated 28.03.2025 to state that the Assessing Officer has stated that the same will be provided to the appropriate authority at the appropriate time, which means the same shall be provided to the authorised representative of the petitioner, who may represent the petitioner during the assessment proceedings.

Noting the statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
