The petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "a) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing Respondent No.1 to correct the date of birth of Master Deep Dwivedi in Aadhaar records from 05.06.2011 to 05.06.2010 strictly in accordance with the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation Gurugram.

b) Direct Respondents to update the Aadhaar database and issue the corrected Aadhaar card within a time-bound manner." 2.

The correction in the date of birth of petitioner's son - Deep Dwivedi in his Aadhar data base is sought for. The same will have to be carried out by respondent no.1.

Mr. Kamlesh K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that in deference to the query raised by the said authority even the response was sent. However, thereafter, no order has been passed by the respondent no.1.

Under these circumstances, Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant writ petition with the following relief: (i) Let the petitioner to make a fresh application enclosing all earlier communications within a period of one week from today to respondent no.1.

(ii) On receipt of the said application, let respondent no.1 to deal with the same and to pass appropriate reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application. 5.

If the grievance of the petitioner is not mitigated, he shall be entitled to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law.
