% 18.07.2018 It is not denied by the respondents that they have taken a loan facility from the petitioner which remains un-discharged. In view of the said position, the Interim Orders dated 09.04.2018 passed in OMP (I) (Comm.) 151/2018 and Order dated 07.05.2018 passed in OMP (I) (Comm.) 206/2018 shall continue for a further period of four weeks within which time the petitioner would take steps for appointment of an arbitrator. The petitioner may also issue public notice of the pendency of dispute between the parties and the interim orders passed by this Court.

Further continuation/modification/variation of the Interim orders shall be considered by the arbitrator, on an application being filed by the parties on its own merits.
