% 10.10.2019 CRL.M.A. 12167/2019 (application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to modify the order dated 19.02.2019 and 28.02.2019 for vacation of interim protection of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C., as the anticipatory bail order was already passed and the interim protection was converted into finality on 09.01.2018 (conditional order), for which the condition was fulfilled by petitioner by making a payment of Rs. 50,000/- on 16.10.2018) Settlement Deed filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has paid an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- by way of cheque to respondent no.2. Copy of the same has been placed on record.

List on 18.10.2019.

Till next date of hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.
