The present petition has been filed seeking parole on the medical grounds that the petitioner has to undergo a cataract surgery. 2.

Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State, at the outset, submits that since the only ground articulated in the present petition is that the petitioner has to undergo cataract surgery, the jail authorities will ensure that the petitioner get proper and adequate treatment. 3.

Further, if necessary and so advised by the doctor, cataract surgery will also be ensured at the earliest, preferably within a period of two weeks. 4.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Nishant Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition for the time being.

The present petition is disposed of.
