The present petition has been filed under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of writ, orders, directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to produce the minor daughter of the petitioner who has been confined secretly by the respondents nos. 4 to 10.

Detenue along with her mother is present today and states that she is happily residing with her mother. Her mother states that the custody of child has been handed over to her by the Child Welfare Committee. 3.

Report has been handed over by respondent. Same is taken on record. 4.

In view of abovesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other legal remedies, as permissible under law.
