Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for reinvestigation in FIR No.0158/2024 under Sections 376/328/323/506/509/34 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at PS: Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi.

Learned Standing Counsel appears on advance Notice and objected to this Petition on the ground that Chargesheet has already been filed in the Court and instead of coming directly to this Court, Petitioner should have filed appropriate Application before the learned Trial Court. 3.

None is present on behalf of the Petitioner.
