% 02.06.2016 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that she has received instructions to withdraw these appeals.

The appeals and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn. By order dated 2nd March, 2015 (in MAC Appeal No. 225/2015), the execution of the award was stayed subject to the appellant depositing 70% of the awarded amount with proportionate interest with the tribunal within the period specified which was allowed to be released to the claimants, after being kept in fixed deposit receipt for a period of one year. The amount, if still not released, shall now be released. The stay stands vacated.

The insurance company shall be obliged to satisfy the awards in favour of the claimants.
