% 22.01.2019 The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State refers to a Status Report dated 02.10.2018, which avers that departmental action has been taken against the police officers, namely, SI Vishwanath, SI Jitender Rana and SI Ajay Kumar. She further submits that subsequent investigations have already been carried out and a Closure Report has been filed before the Trial Court by the CBI.

It will be open to the petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies as may be available in law.

In view of the above, no further orders are required in the petition. The petition stands disposed-off.
