% 03.10.2016 Learned APP points that only four prosecution witnesses remain to be examined. He further submits that the matter is fixed for three dates i.e. 8th to 10th November, 2016 for leading of the prosecution evidence. He assures that the prosecution evidence shall be led on the said dates. No adjournment shall be sought on the said dates. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner shall cooperate and shall not take any adjournment. In these circumstances, the trial court is directed to complete the trial preferably within the next two months from the next date fixed before the trial court.
In view of the aforesaid direction, the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. Dismissed.
