Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing concerned Police Officials to provide safety and security to the life and property of the Petitioner.

This Court vide Order dated 13.12.2024 had directed the SHO concerned to share the phone numbers of the beat constables with the Petitioner and in case, any distress call is received by the SHO/IO from the Petitioner, the same be attended to on urgent basis, in accordance with law. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the aforesaid Order dated 13.12.2024 has been complied with. 4.

In view of aforesaid fact, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that present Writ Petition may be disposed of.
