% 13.12.2024 By way of the present petition filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent No.2/S.H.O., P.S.: Rajinder Nagar, Delhi to register an FIR. It is observed that an application under section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, has been filed by the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, which has been heard and orders are yet to be passed.

Evidently therefore the present petition is premature and cannot be entertained.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of as premature, with liberty to file afresh as may be permissible, in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
