O R D E R

% (ORAL) Vide order of 7th November, 2013, petitioner has been declared as "Proclaimed Offender" in FIR No. 326/2013 for the offence under Section 308 of IPC, etc. registered at police station Jagat Puri, Delhi. Petitioner's Revision Petition has been dismissed as time barred vide impugned order of 2nd Febraury, 2015.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been disowned by his father and petitioner was served at his father's address but since there is no communication of petitioner with his father therefore petitioner could not be informed about the pendency of the aforesaid FIR case.

Upon hearing and on perusal of impugned order and the material CRL.M.C. 810/2015

on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that factum of petitioner being declared as "Proclaimed Offender" should not stand in the way, once petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail from the trial court where the matter is coming up on 12th March, 2015. With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
