The present petitioner was granted interim protection vide order dated 13.12.2024, with the condition that he joins the ongoing investigation. 2.
Learned APP for State has filed a status report where it has specifically been mentioned that the petitioner has been joining and cooperating with the investigation.

The Investigating Officer, SI Vikram Singh, is present before this Court and submits that the investigation is complete and the chargesheet in the present case is likely to be filed within one week from today. 4.
The subject FIR does not name the petitioner and is submitted to have been registered upon a PCR call made by his brother, Mr. Imran Khan, in relation to an incident where a lady, Ms. Ifra Naaz Ansari, had received a gunshot injury on 19.10.2024, where a stray bullet is alleged to have scraped her shoulder.

The petitioner was implicated by the statement recorded by one Mr. Munir Ahmad under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, around 6 days after the incident. It is also noted that Mr. Munir Ahmad did not make any complaint to the police, nor register an FIR in connection with the same.

The petitioner's brother, one of the complainants in the subject FIR, was also implicated in the matter. However, he was enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.11.2024 passed by the learned ASJ, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

Considering the above-mentioned information, along with the fact that the investigation in the present case is complete and that the petitioner has also joined and cooperated with the investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the IO/SHO/Arresting Officer/Trial Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR no. 575/2024 dated 19.10.2024 registered at Police Station Welcome, Delhi, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, on his furnishing personal bond to the sum of ₹ 25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount to their satisfaction on the following terms and conditions: a.
The petitioner shall remain available on the mobile numbers shared by him with the Police.

The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court.
c.
The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. d.

petitioner shall promptly inform the same to the concerned SHO/IO. 8.
It is clarified that nothing stated hereinabove shall be construed as an expression of this Court's opinion on the merits of the case, and the same shall not influence nor prejudice the learned Trial Court's decision. 9.
