The counsel for the petitioner, in pursuance to the orders dated 16th December, 2016 and 27th February, 2017 on IA No.15633/2016 of the legal representatives of the respondent No.9 under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, states that the petitioner is present in person in the Court and the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue to prove the Will in the proceeding in the Court at Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh.

The counsel for the legal representatives of the respondent No.9 has no objection.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs.
