Mr. Aman Kumar, learned counsel, appears on behalf of the petitioner, and states that he works in the office of Mr. Ajit Kakkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the fact that the present writ petition is directed against show cause notices issued to the writ petitioner, Mr. Kumar states that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to assail the final order passed by the respondents, if necessary.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the contentions of the parties on merits.
