% 19.09.2017 Mr.

Sanjeev Narula, learned advocate appearing for the respondent/Directorate of Enforcement has informed this Court that pursuant to the charges having been framed against the petitioner, trial has proceeded and the evidence of prosecution witnesses is almost over. Considering this aspect of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.

The petitioner would have the liberty to raise all the grounds taken by him in this petition before the trial Court.
