% 21.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.

616/2014 under Sections 323/354/342/500/506 IPC registered at police station Sunlight Colony, may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by Insp. Fateh Singh of police station Sunlight Colony. She submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She has identified her signatures on the Settlement dated 22nd December, 2017 at point X. She says that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 and the fact that respondent no.2 is not willing to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 616/2014 under Sections 323/354/342/500/506IPC registered at police station Sunlight Colony and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
