The matter is listed on office note as in the condition (iii) in Para 8 of this Court's order dated 18.12.2024, it has been inadvertently mentioned that the petitioner would surrender after expiry of two weeks, instead of four weeks.

Learned ASC (Crl.) for the State confirms that vide order dated 18.12.2024, the petitioner was directed to be released on parole for a period of four weeks.

Considering the aforesaid, the condition no.8 (iii) is modified to the extent that the petitioner/applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent, Tihar Jail after the expiry of four weeks.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance. 5.

The matter need not be listed again.
