The Petitioner's name has been removed from the approved list of Class-D contractors under Respondent No. 2. Against the said removal, the Petitioner has preferred an appeal on 02nd August, 2022 before the Engineerin-Chief, Military Engineering Services, Department of Contract Management, Kashmir House in terms of Paragraph No. 9 of E-in-C's Branch letter No. 66546/P-1/Renewal/2021-2025/02/E8 dated 24th April, 2020. The Petitioner contends that despite substantial time has been lapsed, no decision has been rendered on their appeal. 2.
