After some hearing, Mr. Pallav Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Special Task Force ["STF"], constituted by the Supreme Court vide orders dated 24.04.2018 and 18.07.2018 in W.P.(C) 4677/1985 [M.C. Mehta vs Union of India & Ors.]. 2.
