The present petition under Section 2(b) and Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers:- "I. Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor-respondents for deliberate and wilful non-compliance of final order and judgment dated 25.09.2024 passed by the hon'ble Delhi High Court in W.P. (Crl.) No. 1743 of 2023 titled as Mahesh Kumar Yadav versus Union of India.

II. Pass an order directing the contemnors to comply with the directions contained in final order and judgment dated 25.09.2024 passed by the hon'ble Delhi High Court in W.P. (Crl.) Vide order dated 25.09.2024 in W.P.(CRL) 1743/2023, the learned Coordinate Bench had disposed of the said writ petition with the following directions: - "1.

Learned CGSC appearing for UOI submits that the petitioner's representation pending with the concerned Government authority will be considered in accordance with law and disposed of within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of." 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 07.07.2025 whereby, the petitioner has been informed with regard to his representation dated 29.04.2023 being disposed of after being examined by the Vigilance Department of the NDMC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation has not been decided by a reasoned order.

Since the representation has been decided in pursuance of order dated 25.09.2024, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to exercise appropriate remedy as permissible in law with respect to the aforesaid order. 6.
