By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 1451/2015 under Section 302 IPC registered at Police Station Bindapur. The allegation against the petitioner in the FIR on the complaint of his wife is that while the petitioner and his wife were quarrelling, the mother-in-law of the petitioner intervened and the petitioner, who was under the influence of liquor brought a screw driver from the house and gave a single blow on the chest of the deceased and the deceased was taken to the hospital, where she was declared brought dead.

The complainant in the FIR i.e. the wife of the petitioner has been examined besides the other material witnesses. 3.

Learned APP for State submits that out of 26 prosecution witnesses, 12 have already been examined.

The petitioner is in custody since 25th January, 2016. 5.

Considering the fact that the trial is likely to take some more time and all material witnesses have already been examined, this court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner.

It is directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the trial court, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will intimate about his residential address to the court concerned by way of an affidavit and also the change thereafter, if any. The petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned.
