W.P. (C) No.2253/2016 & C.M. Appl. No.9722/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondent to conduct interview of the petitioner in terms of notification dated 02.02.2016 issued by the respondents.

After some arguments, Mr. Varun K. Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as well as

application with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
