The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to expeditiously dispose off the matter bearing CS (COMM) 132/2024 pending before the Court of learned District Judge (Commercial03), Patiala House, New Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the trial is going on at a snail pace and issues are yet not framed.

Without knowing the status of the board of the Trial Court, it may not be apposite to pass any directions for expeditious disposal.
