Court fees has not been paid as yet.

Adjournment is sought on behalf of the counsel for the plaintiff. 4.
Today's date having been given on the request of the counsel for the plaintiff, for the court fees to be paid by today, the personal reason, if any of the counsel, could not come in the way of the plaintiff paying the court fees. 5.
It appears that the plaintiff/her counsel, in view of the observations in the order dated 9th May, 2018, are requesting for adjournment. 6.
The plaint is rejected for the reason of having been filed without requisite court fees.

Though the plaintiff shall be entitled to sue afresh on the same cause of action but is directed to, along with fresh proceedings, if any filed, file CS(OS) 221/2018
copy of the order dated 9th May, 2018 and today's order. 7.
A copy of the order dated 9th May, 2018 and today's order along with copy of the plaint be also sent by the Registry, without process fee, to the defendants.
