% 06.11.2015 CS (OS) 970/2015 Suit has already been disposed of on 29th October, 2015 as not pressed qua defendant nos. 1 to 5. As regards defendant nos. 6 and 7 are concerned, matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on the request made by the counsel for plaintiff and defendant nos. 6 and 7.

Now, plaintiff as well as defendant nos. 6 and 7 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 2nd November, 2015 which has been signed by them and their counsel as also by the learned Mediator. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement, which is marked as

Mark 'C-1'. Accordingly, suit is disposed of as settled qua defendant nos. 6 and 7. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.
