In view of the statement made, the interim order of this Court issued on 09.04.2018 shall continue and bind the parties till 03.08.2018. In case the petitioner approaches the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal with an application for stay, the same shall be considered on its merits without in any manner being influenced by the present order.
