Learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator requests some time to place on record an application seeking reimbursement of expenses incurred on the administrative matters by the Official Liquidator while taking measures towards the winding up of the company, which has been set-aside in Company Appeal No. 16/2014 by the Division Bench vide order dated 11.12.2013. 3.

Let appropriate application be filed within four weeks from today after supplying a copy to the Directors of the respondent company- M/s Crest Export Pvt. Ltd.

Since the Directors, namely Mr. Vikas Sachdeva and Mr. Vikram Sachdeva, have already complied with the directions issued to them by the Official Liquidator and have provided all the necessary details, the present company proceedings no longer survives and the same are dismissed. Mr. Vikas Sachdeva and Mr. Vikram Sachdeva, Directors of the respondent company- M/s Crest Export Pvt. Ltd., are hereby discharged in CRL.O.(CO.) 5/2016 CO.PET. 206/2010 5.
