The present matter has been placed before this Court on urgent mentioning before the Acting Chief Justice by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The matter has been taken up at 3:49 PM. 2.

Mr.Sanjeev Bhandari, learned counsel for the petitioners hands over a copy of the order dated 13.02.2018, passed by the Presiding Officer, DRT-II in O.A. No.348/2014, whereby the review application filed by the applicants (defendants No.3 & 4 before the DRT, who have remained ex-parte), has been dismissed without interfering in the ex-parte judgment dated 28.06.2017, whereby the O.A. filed by the respondent/Bank for recovery of `85,02,686.66 was allowed with interest. 3.

After addressing arguments for some time for grant of interim protection, which has not been granted in favour of the appellants by the W.P.(C) 3010/2018

learned DRAT while issuing notice in Appeal No.104/2018 [Arising out of O.A. No.348/2014] on 13.03.2018, and further re-notifying the matter on 20.03.2018 to 20.04.2018, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his clients to seek legal recourse, in terms of the interim relief prayed for before the DRAT. 4.

Leave as prayed for is granted. The petition is disposed of, as withdrawn, along with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J.
