The present petition has been filed seeking following relief. i) Modify the bail condition set forth by this Hon'ble Court at the Para 53 (iii) in order dated 27.09.2013 in Bail Application No. 1255 OF 2013 titled Vijay Singla Vs. CBI and the Petitioner may kindly be rested the custody of his Passport and further the said condition of bail may kindly be modified to the extent that the Petitioner may leave the country without seeking prior permission to travel abroad from the Hon'ble Trial Court in Case CC No. 281/2019 titled CBI Vs. Mahesh Kumar & Ors. pending before Ms. Chhavi Kapoor, Special Judge, (PC Act) (CBI)-07, Rouse Avenue Court, New Delhi ii) Grant any other/further relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this matter, so as to be in the interest of justice as well as in the interest of the Petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.09.2013 passed in the bail application no.1255/2013 inter alia subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender his passport before the learned Special Judge, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. He submits that after said order, the petitioner has travelled on number of occasions and each time, he had to pray to the learned Special Judge, CBI for release of his passport for undertaking travel abroad. He submits that the petitioner is a businessman and he often travels overseas, therefore, each time he has to ask for release of his passport. 4.
The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition. He, therefore, urges the Court that the bail condition at Para53(iii) be waived/modified and the petitioner may be allowed to inform the I.O. concerned/Trial Court with regard to his itinerary whenever he travels abroad.

Learned SPP for the respondent/CBI, on instruction from I.O., states that there is no dispute to the position that the petitioner has travelled abroad repeatedly and has not misused liberty so granted to him. 6.
He further submits that the pronouncement of the judgment in the case has also stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 7.
In view of the above position, the condition at para-53(iii) of order dated 27.09.2013 passed in bail application nos.1268/2013,1273/2013, 1274/2013 & 1255/2013 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is exempted from surrendering his passport and he will inform the I.O. concerned as well as the learned Trial Court about his itinerary at least one week prior to his travel.
