Mr. Ripu Daman Bhardwaj, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Mr. Bhardwaj states that he does not wish to file a reply. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:

a) extend the time granted for deposit the said FDR with Registrar of High Court in the interest of justice; 3.

For the reasons given in the application, the prayer made therein is allowed. The applicants/petitioners are given time till 15th May, 2018 to place on record the FDR in terms of the directions issued by this Court. The application is disposed of accordingly. 4.
