W.P.(CRL) 885/2016 Mr. Lao, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing on behalf of the official respondent, upon instructions from the IO in the subject FIR namely, SI Ashok Kumar, Police Station- Kirti Nagar states that they are in the process of conducting a fair, impartial and thorough investigation into the subject FIR and will be in a position to file a charge sheet in the said FIR within a period of three weeks from today, after complying with the mandate of Sections 170 and 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Directed accordingly.

No other relief has been prayed on behalf of the petitioners in the present petition.
