There is no appearance on behalf of the applicants/petitioners. The application made seeks only extension of time for deposit of FDR with the Registrar General of this court.

Mr. Ripu Daman Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the respondents, says he has no objection to the prayer made in the application. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:- "a) extend the time granted for deposit the said FDR with Registrar of High Court in the interest of justice;" 3.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. 4.

The applicants/petitioners are given time till 15th May, 2018 to deposit the FDR with the Registrar General of this Court. The application is disposed of accordingly.
