By way of this application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 561/2024 dated 18.10.2024, registered at Police Station Kalyan Puri, District East, Delhi, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Pursuant to the order dated 01.12.2025, Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, hands over in Court a status report, which is taken on record.

I am informed by Mr. Singh that the injured victim is presently under cross-examination and that there are no other public witnesses. 4.

In view of the above, Mr. Gaurav Chaudhary, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application at this stage, with liberty to move the learned Sessions Court after the crossexamination of the injured victim is complete. 5.
