1. It is stated that the Arbitral Tribunal is already in place and the proceedings are in progress.

2. In that view of the matter, the interim order dated 19th April 2016 is directed to continue till such time the Arbitral Tribunal varies or modifies it in accordance with law in an application that may be filed by either party under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

3. It is further directed that the specific direction issued to the Respondents in the order dated 19th April 2016 by this Court to disclose on oath all the assets, both moveable and immoveable, should be complied with by the O.M.P. (I) (COMM) 98/2016

Respondents by filing the said affidavits before the Arbitral Tribunal within a period of four weeks from today. If there is non-compliance with this direction, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
