The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 554/2020 of PS Prem Nagar for offence under Section 323/363/366/376D/199 IPC, Section 12 of POCSO Act and 67 IT Act.

1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 24.11.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the second hearing before me.

In reference to the observations recorded in last order, learned counsel for prosecutrix has taken me through Annexure P-9, explaining the issue of lodging of immediate complaint regarding missing of the prosecutrix. of prosecutrix as PW1, who supported prosecution. Further, learned APP has shown me the footage on the basis whereof the prosecutrix was blackmailed; it is submitted that while the prosecutrix was bathing, she had a video call with the accused/applicant, which the accused/applicant illegally recorded. It is also submitted that the said video clip was recovered from mobile phone of the brother of the accused/applicant. The said video clip has been shown to me in laptop, taking care of confidentiality. 3.

But since none appears on behalf of accused/applicant, the application is dismissed in default.
