% 02.12.2016 By the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 23.11.2015 and 29.01.2016 by which he was directed to pay the court fees. The court fee has since been paid.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make appropriate submissions as per law regarding the refund of the court fees before the trial court at the appropriate stage.
