By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 06.09.2025 (impugned order) passed by the learned Family Court-02, East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi (learned Family Court) in G.P. No.81/2024 entitled Pooja Banduni vs. Himanshu Joshi, amongst other ancillary reliefs.

At the outset, without going into the merits of the present matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned Family Court for review of the impugned order, particularly since, as per him, the contentions raised by the petitioner before the learned Family Court have The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. not been adverted to at all, and moreover, since the findings in paragraph no.24 of the impugned order are beyond the pleadings of the petitioner before the learned Family Court.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

In the interest of justice, the learned Family Court is requested to adjudicate upon such application, if any, moved by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible after hearing learned counsels for the parties, and dispose of the same preferably within a period of six weeks, albeit, subject to the pending roster before the learned Family Court.
