O R D E R

% 05.07.2018 The petitioner was protected against the arrest vide order dated 02.04.2018.

He is stated to have joined the investigation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall continue to join the investigations as and when he is called to do so. In view of the above, the interim protection is confirmed. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 66/2018 under sections 451/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Narela, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer;

(ii) he shall made no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or her relatives or close associates; (iii) he shall keep his mobile phone operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Any observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed off.
