Respondent No.3 has deposited Rs.10 lakh with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 07th July, 2017.

The petitioner, Prem Wati is present in Court and has produced the Aadhar Card, PAN Card and passbook of her savings bank account with Syndicate Bank. The particulars of the savings bank account of Prem Wati are as under:
Premwati, SB Account No.90132200102839, Customer ID-4652271 with Syndicate Bank, Chattarpur Branch, Delhi Chattarpur Main Road, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner's
counsel has today given the affidavit containing the no objection to the quashing of the FIR. It is submitted that the respondent No.3 shall be filing the petition for quashing of the FIR within three days. 4.
UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to release a sum of Rs.4 lakh to the petitioner, Prem Wati by transferring the same to her savings bank account with Syndicate Bank as per the details given hereinabove.
The balance amount of Rs.6 lakh be kept in 24 FDRs of Rs.25,000/- each in the name of the petitioner with cumulative interest for the period 1 month to 24 months respectively. 5.
The monthly interest on the FDRs of respondent No.1 shall be credited in her aforementioned savings bank account. 6.
At the time of maturity, the fixed deposit amount shall be automatically credited in the savings bank account of respondent No.1. 7.
All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, the photocopies of the same shall be provided to the respondent No.1.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

The petitoiner shall approach the UCO Bank for completing the formalities for the disbursement of the award amount in terms of this order. 10.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement recorded in the order dated 24th May, 2017.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
