% 17.03.2016 IA No.4773/2013 under Order XXXVII Rule 4 r/w Section 151 CPC moved on behalf of defendant seeking setting aside the judgment and decree in CS(OS) 1769/2012 The jurisdiction value of the original suit is less than Rs. 1 crore. Vide notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, all the other proceedings pending in Delhi High Court on the Original Side upto the value of Rs.1 crore excepting those cases in which final judgments have been reserved, were ordered to be transferred to the jurisdictional Subordinate Courts. The captioned IA in the present case is in the category of 'other proceedings' mentioned in the said order.

Accordingly in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, (Headquarter) (Central), Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 12.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
