% 19.02.2016 Crl. M.A. 3033/2016 The present application prays as follows:- "In view of the submission made above, it is most humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant three months' more time for implementation of the directions of this Hon'ble High Court in the interest of justice and equity."

This Court by way of order dated 28th October, 2015 had directed the competent authority to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioner(nonapplicant) seeking sanction to prosecute certain officers of the Indian Railways which were pending before the official respondent, positively within a period of 12 weeks from that day, in accordance with law and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner(non-applicant).

In view of the foregoing it would be just and necessary to issue notice to the petitioner/non-applicant on the present application. W.P.(CRL) 1102/2014 Page No. 1/2
