By way of the present petition, the petitioner essentially seeks setting aside of the order dated 20.06.2025, granting bail to Respondent No.2, on the ground that Respondent No.2 has violated the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Court while granting bail and has threatened the petitioner pursuant to being released on bail.

Considering that Respondent No.2 was admitted on bail by the order passed by the learned Sessions Court and certain conditions were also imposed on him, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Court of Sessions. 3.
The petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Sessions Court. 4.
