The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS (482 Cr.P.C.) seeking quashing of FIR No. 0026/2021 under Sections 354/354(B)/354(D)/323/451/506/509 IPC registered at P.S. GTB Enclave, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement. 2.

Issue notice.

Ms. Richa Dhawan, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State accepts notice.

The petitioner and respondent No. 2 are stated to be known to each other and they are present in Court and they have been identified by their respective counsels and by IO- SI Rupa PS GTB Enclave 5.

During pendency of the proceedings they arrived at a settlement, terms whereof were reduced in writing in the form of Memorandum of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Understanding dated 13.11.2025, copy of which is annexed as Annexure P-2 to the present petition.

It has been recorded in the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding that the parties have amicably resolved all their disputes and differences and respondent No.2 and they shall cooperate with each other in quashing of the aforesaid FIR.

On a query posed by this Court, the respondent no.2, who is present in court, states that she has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. 8.

In view of the fact that the parties have arrived at a settlement, no useful purpose will be served in continuing the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them.

It is, thus, in the interest of justice that the present FIR and all the other proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 10.

Consequently, the petition is allowed and the FIR No. 0026/2021 under Sections 354/354(B)/354(D)/323/451/506/509 IPC registered at P.S. GTB Enclave, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, is quashed.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. 12.
